Residential Projects
Our customers appreciate the time and attention we put into the planning process starting with our initial discussions to get started. We’ll touch on the basics like appearance, dimensions, day to day use and any existing grading or drainage issues that need attention or correction. After that, a Performance Paving Sales or Field Manager will take exact dimensions and conduct a visual inspection, taking digital photos of the property in its current state. The project manager uses this information to compile a detailed quote from start to finish for the surfacing work and if desired, any enhancement services such as decorative edging, landscaping or lighting. A final review of the quote and details help ensure that we are on the same page with acceptable terms, pricing and scope of work. At that point, we can schedule your project and estimate a completion date. Commercial and Public Roadway Projects
The planning and preparation for all commercial work is typically centered around blueprints or drawings as a guide.
The collection of blueprints can occur on-line via www.gradebeam.com or www.bidclerk.com or an electronic format on CD which can be collected in a face to face meeting with a project manager and Performance Paving representative.
The bond, bid and response processes occur before scheduling. |
